The Alaska Clinical Video Network (ACVN) is an ARTN initiative. The ACVN provides a logically-organized and H.323 gatekeeper-controlled IP communication environment. Peered zones are linked via a coordinated H.323 dialplan that runs over an engineered cross-connect fabric providing dedicated HD-capable video links. Click here for supported H.323 video standards and known-compatible H.323 video endpoints.
Look to this web location in the future for updated information regarding the ARTN's ACVN and how it fits into the evolving Alaskan telehealth landscape. We will be posting ARTN digital rights management (DRM) forms at this location by end of March, 2008.
